Identity
What does “Jacobite” mean in the ministry’s terminology?
In the ministry’s terminology, “Jacobite” refers to a child of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel. The calendar project uses “Children of Jacob / Jacobites” as an alternative identifier for the children of Israel, rooted in the covenant lineage of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Who is an Israelite?
In the ministry’s teaching, an Israelite is a servant of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, living within the covenant and worshipping in spirit and in truth. The ministry identifies the children of Israel through their covenant lineage and understands its work in Toronto as a restoration of their history, culture and worship.

Why do you identify yourselves as Israelites, and how can you prove it?
The name Israel comes from Jacob, whom the God of Israel renamed. The ministry therefore uses “Israelites,” “children of Israel” and “children of Jacob / Jacobites” in reference to this covenant lineage. Its historical and doctrinal writings explain how it understands the dispersal and restoration of that people.

What are the differences between the I.N.W.W.M and other groups calling themselves Jews and Hebrew Israelites?
The INWWM has no affiliation or partnership with other organisations simply because they use the names Israel, Israelite, Hebrew or Jewish. Its teaching and practice proceed from its own ministry authority. Visitors should use the ministry’s official contact details to confirm a branch or group.
Doctrine
What book or manuscript do you use for instruction and guidance?
The Authorized King James Version of the Holy Bible is the ministry’s principal text for learning and teaching. The ministry reads it as the history, covenant and cultural inheritance of the Israelites. Elder Shadrock’s books serve as companions to that study.

Some say the Biblical Laws are no more. What is the position of the I.N.W.W.M on the Law?
The ministry teaches that the law remains part of the covenant and does not regard it as abolished. Its stated position follows Jesus’s words concerning the fulfilment of the law and the continuing significance of its commandments.

Does the I.N.W.W.M believe in Jesus?
The ministry honours Jesus as the son of David, of the tribe of Judah, and acknowledges his discipline and sacrifice. Its published FAQ explains that this contribution is remembered in its observance of the Day of Atonement. The genealogical and priestly passages below support the scriptural background; the description of the ministry’s observance comes from its own teaching.

Worship and Practice
Why does the I.N.W.W.M not celebrate Christmas, Thanksgiving and other holidays?
The ministry follows the appointed times set out in scripture rather than Christmas, civil Thanksgiving and other holidays. Its calendar and cultural life are organised around its understanding of the covenant with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Why does the I.N.W.W.M not eat pork, shellfish, turkey and the like?
The ministry observes dietary distinctions between clean and unclean food as part of its worship and way of life. Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14 give the scriptural categories, including restrictions on swine and water creatures without fins and scales. The application of those categories to particular foods, including turkey, is explained through ministry teaching; turkey is not named in these passages.

Common Misunderstandings
Is the INWWM affiliated with other Israelite or Hebrew organisations?
No. The INWWM holds no affiliation with any other organisation bearing the name Israelite, Hebrew, or Jewish. The doctrine, calendar, and identity of the INWWM are established under the sole authority of Elder Shadrock Porter and are rooted exclusively in the KJV 1611. The INWWM welcomes all races, colours, and creeds who sincerely seek the truth and wish to enter on the Path of Truth.
What is the position of the I.N.W.W.M on racism, hatred or bigotry?
The ministry’s published position rejects racism, hatred and bigotry and emphasises teaching all nations. Its aim is to build relationships through truth, tolerance and respect, with attention to the spirit and conduct of a person rather than physical appearance.

Why does the I.N.W.W.M include white people in the congregation?
The ministry welcomes people from different backgrounds who sincerely seek its teaching. A Bridge to Cross records Elder Tony Castrilli’s Italian-Canadian background and his place among the first students. This history is part of the ministry’s stated commitment to teach all nations.

How can I become a member of the Israelite Nation Worldwide Ministries?
Contact the ministry and begin the Path of Truth through guided study. The published FAQ describes a progression through personal integrity and leadership, an understanding of the covenant, baptism, and consecration. Each stage builds on the previous one and is explained by the ministry rather than completed through an online registration form.
